  Booking and cancellation terms and conditions   

In order to guarantee a booking, 20% of the total accommodation cost is required.

Payment can be made  by credit card or by deposit to bank accounts.

For the period 21/07-31/08 full prepayment of the booking cost will be required

a) Cancellation fees equivalent to the cost of 3 nights of accommodation will apply with cancellation of a booking 7 days before guest's arrival to the hotel.

b) Cancellation fees equivalent to the cost of 2 nights of accommodation will apply with cancellation of a booking 14 days before guest's arrival to the hotel.

c) No show cancellation fees equivalent to the total accommodation cost will apply up to a maximum of 7 nights if guests do not show up at the hotel.
